The Italian Air Force aerobatic team Frecce Tricolori prepares to perform a 5-day flyover trip at 21 cities around the Italy. The trip will end on June 2 with a fly over Rome during Italy Republic Day.
After the great success of US and Canada display teams’ flyovers around their countries, the Italian display team also will perform flyovers to honor the healthcare workers and to raise the spirit of Italian people after the COVID-19 pandemic.
There are indications that Frecce Tricolori inspired the US flyovers named “America Strong” after President Donald Trump shared a video of Frecce Tricolori, which stated to honor the citizens of Italy struck by COVID-19 coronavirus.
