The "RUSS" aerobatic display team consists of five white-blue painted L-39 Albatross aircraft equipped with smoke generators. The team is based at Vyazma Aviation Training Center.
From 2012 The RUSS aerobatic team became a civil one.
For a brief period, aviation fans could pay a fee in order to fly in the back seat during team formation training, but now this practice has now been discontinued.
