US Air Force Thunderbirds arrived at NAS Pensacola for joint training with US NAVY Blue Angels. The goal of this training is to prepare flyovers at many locations in USA to support the healthcare workers fighting with COVID-19.
Thunderbirds arrived yesterday at NAS Pensacola with nine F-16 aircraft.
While the air shows are suspended around the USA, the flyovers are the only public appearances that both US demonstration squadrons can participate.
Earlier this year, in February the Thunderbirds again visited Blue Angels for joint exercise, but then in their winter base at El Centro.
