Blue Angels can receive C-130J aircraft from Royal Air Force

Since the last summer deadly crash of KC-130T, the entire US Marine Corps and NAVY KC-130T fleet remain grounded. And so, The Blue Angels remains without their famous Fat Albert aircraft.

As the Royal Air Force currently has a surplus of C-130J models, The Naval Air Systems Command contact with UK Ministry of Defense to borrow a C-130J to fly as a Blue Angels cargo aircraft.

Royal Air Force planned to retire the C-130J fleet which has to be replaced with new Europe build Airbus A400M transport aircraft.
